Here is a brief bio of our Japanese Context module writer Nathaniel Reed MA:
Nathaniel Reed is an ALT in Niigata prefecture. After teaching English in Wales, Morocco and Indonesia he came to Japan in 2010. After managing an Eikaiwa and working at the tertiary level in Japan, he completed an MA in applied linguistics focusing on public school language education practices. His research interests include language education in Japan, language policy and sociolinguistics. He has presented the ALT Training Online initiative at two JALT conferences and published on it too.
